Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Download the DesiWay app or visit our website. Click on "Sign Up" and follow the simple registration process. You'll need to provide an email address and create a password.
Is DesiWay free to use?
Yes! DesiWay is completely free to use. You can create an account, post content, and connect with your community at no cost.
Account & Profile
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your profile page and click on "Edit Profile". From there, you can update your name, bio, profile picture, and other information.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Posting Content
What types of content can I post?
You can share discussions, questions, announcements, events, and local news. All content should be relevant to your community and follow our community guidelines.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Click on the three dots menu on any post and select "Report". Choose the reason for reporting and provide additional details if needed. Our moderation team will review it promptly.

What should I do if I encounter harassment?
Report the user immediately using the report feature. You can also block the user to prevent further contact. If you feel unsafe, please contact local authorities.
