Creating Your Account

Getting started with DesiWay is easy:

1. Download the DesiWay app or visit desiway.in
2. Click "Sign Up"
3. Enter your email address
4. Create a strong password
5. Verify your email
6. Complete your profile

Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your registered email
4. Check your email for reset instructions
5. Click the reset link (valid for 24 hours)
6. Create a new password

Note: If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.

Updating Profile Information

To update your profile:

• Navigate to your profile page
• Click "Edit Profile"
• Update your information:
  • Display name
  • Bio
  • Profile picture
  • Location
  • Contact preferences
• Click "Save Changes"

Account Security

Keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication
• Never share your login credentials
• Log out from shared devices
• Review your login history regularly

Deleting Your Account

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

To delete your account:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select "Account"
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. Enter your password to confirm
5. Provide feedback (optional)
6. Confirm deletion

Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
